Change & Process Management

Enhancing capabilities is not always about simply changing or adding technology; change and process management is equally important, and in some cases more so.

We believe that it is important to not only know what to do but why we are doing it; many of us have heard the expression “That is how we have always done it”, but that doesn’t mean it is always the correct / only / right way to do it.

We partner with you in interactive workshops to understand:

  • What (task)
  • How (methodology)
  • Why (reason)
  • When (frequency)
  • Who (manual / automated / role)

Two workshops are available from us:

Change Management Decided LTD, Collaborative Engagement

Change Management

Change Management

Change management involves 5 key steps:-

  • Prepare the organisation for change
  • Craft a vision and plan for the change
  • Implement the changes
  • Embed these changes through company culture and practices
  • Review and analyse the progress and feedback

Successful Change management cannot not be achieved without understanding and considering people. We strongly encourage discussions and inputs from people throughout the organization structure to gather a more complete picture.

Process Management

Process Management

Process management involves 4 key steps:-

  • Planning (knowing what to do and when)
  • Organising (structure the process)
  • Directing (management of the process)
  • Controlling (documenting and embedding)

Effective Process Management means setting aside current processes and imagine you have a fresh start. Firstly add in the legal requirements, make it clear what needs to be done and why. Secondly discuss openly what needs to be done and categorize whether critical, important or nice to have. Lastly refine the process and work the logic of the new process, evaluate it against the present process. It may be that the proposed process takes longer but is more robust, or perhaps you already have the right process. Whatever the outcome, people in your organization have a clear understanding of the process and why they need to follow it, ergo adoption improves and risks reduce. clear whetare there legal regulations which govern what can or cannot be done? If so, those magement cannot not be achieved without understanding and considering people. We strongly encourage discussions and inputs from people throughout the organization structure to gather a more complete picture.
