At Decided, we don’t use words like “partnership, collaboration, respect, ethics, engagement” as buzz words. In fact we oppose the use of such words in that manner. Decided is not just a business, it is not just a name, it is a commitment to achieving mutual success. Our priority is YOU, the client / customer, we focus on the people, and to understand them, the business, where you are going, what you want, the landscape, what is important to you). The problem and proposed solutions are second and third respectively.

Our clients are not an account number or a “case study”, we know our clients, we understand their pains and strategies, we collaborate to find meaningful REAL solutions rather than treating the symptoms. Our clients can focus on getting the job done rather than having to create numerous workarounds and convoluted process changes; and we can focus on making our clients successful in their objectives.

To us, partnerships, collaborations and relationships are important, they are personal, they are the collective term for groups of people working together to achieve something positive. Our clients, vendors and partners believe the same.

TRUST is the hardest bond to gain, but the easiest to lose, and near impossible to regain.

Business owners and partners all have shared common ground, when asked what they disliked most about their present vendors their answers were:- 

  • Lack of personalization or feeling valued.  One client even commented that they were referred to by their vendor by the assigned account number and not even their name! 
  • Frustrated at the same excuses / often mis-sold / overpromised contracts

  • Having to pay for the vendor’s incompetence or poor planning. 
  • Ghost resource, charged for resource that didn’t appear to exist 

 

When asked why these companies trusted us, the answer was because after talking with us they realized we weren’t just saying the right things, we embodied the values and ethics that they truly wanted.  We didn’t give them high pressure or the typical heavy sell, instead we talked / listened / asked relevant questions and built the relationship.  We made them feel important; and we should because each and every client / partner is important individually and collectively.
