• Every individual is responsible for their own taxes, and operational expenses.

Absolutely! Everyone at Decided Ltd is 100% remote; this means you can work from anywhere providing you have  secure and stable internet AND power connections. 

Typically 1 days work is 8 hours, 1 week’s worth is 5 days, 1 month is 4 weeks, a year is 13 months / 52 weeks.  Some contracts may vary, however for illustrative purposes, these are the standard hours.

Usually (and with) client agreement, flexibility may be possible to allow for flexi-hours.

This is a very good and important question. We would always advise that you check out thoroughly the applicable laws in your country to ensure that form the entity legally and properly.  Beware of scams (you can recognise these very easily), therefore always check out your government websites first, and seek appropriate advice from professionals such as lawyers to ensure you get the RIGHT direction as it does depend upon your circumstances, laws, regulations and other country restrictions.

Invoices are settled every 4 weeks; from which you will need to ensure that appropriate taxes are paid in line with your country’s legal requirements, and that you keep a record of the payments for your company / legally required accounting as applicable.
