Our skill coverage extends across the full array from interns / graduates through to seasoned veterans, from associate through to directors and beyond. Everyone at Decided shares the passion to learn, to advance and to assist our clients to achieve success. We also actively encourage the acquisition and investment in self improvement with advanced education, certifications, degrees, and additional personal / professional development.

Typically 1 day work is 8 hours, 1 week’s worth is 5 days, 1 month is 4 weeks, a year is 13 months / 52 weeks.  Some contracts may vary, however for illustrative purposes, these are the standard hours.

Usually (and with) client agreement, flexibility may be possible to allow for flexi-hours and all contracts are REMOTE with NO TRAVEL anticipated.

Most contracts are longer than 3 months ranging up to 60 months, some are as short as 2 months, it simply depends upon the client, the scope of work, the complexity and other applicable contractual requirements.

Costs are transparently highlighted in our quotations, this way you can see the entire breakdown of the proposal, who and where the resources will be based, their skillset level and specialty, the duration, any applied discounts, the payment schedule and volumes.

Billing depends upon the duration of the contract, short contracts have different payment terms to longer engagements, these are outlined in our terms of service which accompany any proposal. Assuming the contract is longer than 3 months, an advance payment of 25% of the total contract is due in advance with the remainder of the contract split into equal (or as close as possible) payments due every 4 weeks.

Decided Ltd holds multiple insurance policies for mutual piece of mind and in accordance with the rules, laws and regulations of the UK.
